* We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During busy times and holidays, we may sell out on certain days and therefore will not offer that shipping day. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
* While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of the selected shipping carrier. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping arrival date.
* Indulge Cupcakery is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and schedule it to arrive 1-2 business days before your event.
Indulge Cupcakery does not require a signature for the delivery of its packages.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $15 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Indulge Cupcakery is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modifications. We will be happy to work with you and the carriers to resolve any delays that occur, however, Indulge Cupcakery cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.
Additionally, Indulge Cupcakery is not responsible for any damage to the package due to carrier handling.
